10% Early Settlement Discount

We offer a 10% discount for payments made within 7 days of work being carried out (not within 7 days of receiving an invoice as although we endeavour to book work and email invoices as soon as possible after a visit, we cannot always guarantee it will be within 7 days).

Payment needs to be by card or cash. A cheque attracts a 5% discount.

This discount cannot be applied to laboratory fees, half price vaccinations, postage and some other services. Details on specific cases can be obtained from our equine administration staff.

The resulting payment must bring the outstanding balance on account to zero to be eligible for this discount.
